Prestatyn Running Club - Membership Renewal

Published In

Hi All

It’s that time of year again when membership is due for renewal on April 1st.

If you are one of the beginners who have recently joined or a recent new member then ignore this.. you are all good.

At the AGM it was agreed that membership fees would remain the same as last year, but that we will include the Welsh Athletics membership fee in one single payment option.

So for 2019/20 the individual fees for runners are:

Senior Waged: £35.00
Senior Unwaged: £25.00
Junior: £12.50
Joining Welsh Athletics is important as it allows you to run under Prestatyn Running Club for any races and allows you to support the sport in Wales, plus the other benefits such as insurance/race discounts..etc etc

For all the benefits from joining Welsh Athletics you can go to the following link:

http://www.welshathletics.org/en/page/member-benefits

There are then a number of other membership options for Family’s, 2nd Claim, Social. Details in the attached membership form. Family membership will require you to add on the individual Welsh Athletics membership fees.

Payment options are either by cheque or you will see bank details on the membership form if you would prefer to transfer payment.

We are also asking that ALL Members fill in a membership form again so that we can ensure we have up to date contact details for every member and allow us to continue to meet our GDPR obligations.

You can either print the form off or simply edit the document and send via e-mail to membership secretary Ally Reid Allison.reid2@hotmail.co.uk (if you do e-mail then please rename the document to include your Name)

For any questions on membership then please contact Ally.

Finally a reminder that membership must be renewed in order for you to compete and continue running for the club.

Keep on running
