    Members of Prestatyn Running Club played a key part in the success of Saturday’s Welsh cross-country championships at Rhug, Corwen, even though only four actually competed.

    The club provided most of the marshals and, as usual, they were highly praised by Welsh Athletics officials for their efficiency and enthusiasm.
