After a quiet week or so Prestatyn Running Club members produced some outstanding performances over the weekend – over a range of distances and a variety of terrains.

Despite a tricky wind several pbs were claimed by members of Prestatyn Running Club in the latest Conwy Parkrun – among them being Steve Skates who won the event in a new best of 16.51.

Ffrith 5K Series 2017

Following the annual Ffrith 5k race on Sunday Prestatyn Running Club can not only lay claim to seven more North Wales champions but also to a huge amount of credit for its organisation.
The race, which incorporated the regional championships, was blessed with good weather though a headwind on the return along the prom slowed runners down.
